What’s Included in Your Retreat Day:
*Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony: Begin your journey with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony. As a trained Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, I will guide you on a deep journey to your Heart Centre.
*Soul Gazing Session : A heart-opening practice of silent connection, where you’ll be gently guided to meet another soul beyond words, fostering presence, compassion, and deep human connection, helping to heal you at a soul level.
*Seasonal Plant-Based Lunch : Enjoy a delicious and wholesome plant-based lunch made with seasonal ingredients to nourish your body and soul. We will come together to share this meal around the dining table—a time for connection, warmth, and presence as we continue to build community and honour the sacredness of nourishment.
*Winter Solstice ceremony: We will spend time reflecting on the past year to give thanks, release the old, creating closure and making space for and welcoming new beginnings with light and intention setting you up to have an amazing 2026.
*Grounding with Mother Earth: Spend time grounding and connecting deeply with Mother Earth, enhancing your sense of peace and stability.
*Renewal Sound Bath: Allow the healing sounds to wash over you and unblock your Chakras from Root to Crown, leaving you feeling renewed and energised.
*Integration and Reflection: We will conclude the day with time to integrate our experiences, share insights, journal, and explore Oracle Cards.
