Shipping Policy

 

The current dispatch time from our workshop is 1-3 working days. As we are a small business and everything is handmade occasionally there may be small delays if we are handling large orders, but rest assured we will do everything we can to get our products to you on time.

 

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and dispatch details will be sent to you by email after you have placed your order. After leaving our workshop, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Once the package has left our workshop and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors.

International orders are either sent by Royal Mail Air Mail or courier depending on location. Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but all orders pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is out of our control. Please note that if customs charges occur the buyer is responsible for the fees. Libra Holistics is not responsible for customs charges. 

 

Returns Policy

 

We hope you will love our products as much as we do. However if you change your mind about a product it may be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable.

 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used or opened.

 

In the unfortunate event that your products are damaged in transit, please contact us on 01456 486562 so we can we can arrange a replacement or refund.
