Sound Baths are known to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance creativity, reduce pain and increase energy levels. You'll experience a range of sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Steel Tongue Drum, Shamanic Drum, Tuning Forks, Rain Sticks, Shakers, Bells & more. Each sound and frequency ( sound vibration ) will be varied and precise to create specific vibrations to wrap you in a cocoon of sound....Let it wash over & through you - to a wonderful journey of renewal, revitalisation and balance.
